About The Role
To minimise bad debt and maximise profit, supporting the 3rd Party Credit Controllers through both proactive activity and recovery activity, ensuring prompt payment of invoices in accordance with Company Credit Management Policies, practices and procedures to achieve targets set.
Accountabilities
* Operate both a proactive and recovery approach to your assigned ledger.
* Regularly contact customers via telephone, Teams and e-mail in respect of overdue balances.
* Liaise with Sales and other internal stakeholders in respect of outstanding queries.
* Liaise with Central File Maintenance and Risk in respect of customer account details, i.e., terms and credit limits and any other markers.
* Complete agreed escalation processes.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key customer contacts.

* Credit Control experience within a Commercial environment.
* Confident communicator both verbal and written.
* Computer Literate (Word/Excel)
* Problem Solver
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
* Team player
* Ability to achieve objectives/targets set.
