Role and Responsibilities: Produce Staff Rotas in advance: Using a computer-based roster system to create efficient and compliant rotas. Ensure all records and rotas are up-to-date, compliant with organisational and legal requirements, and accurately reflect service user and staff information, including absences, annual leave, and training. You will assign visits to care workers based on service user needs and preferences, considering gender and compatibility. You will be excited by the management of referrals and be the first point of contact for all new care package referrals, completing the referral tracker, and optimising workforce capacity. Working with our Recruitment Team you will be involved in future workforce planning to utilise our extensive talent pools. The ideal candidate will enjoy identifying new opportunities to help grow the service.

Please note : The position includes some on-call responsibilities.
What You Need: Driving Licence and Transport: Must be a driver with your own transport.
Experience: Previous experience in rota management and scheduling, and a proven track record in coordinating within a domiciliary care setting.
Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.
