VIVO is searching for dedicated Customer Service Advisors to join our Customer Services Helpdesk in Hunts Cross, Liverpool. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a dynamic team of 16 in delivering essential services for the UK Defence Sector. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails, and managing service requests in our CAFM system, Maximo. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of maintenance activities across the MoD built estate. You will provide outstanding customer service while meeting key performance indicators and maintaining high-quality standards. This position is made up of shift work, with core operational hours from Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM. What you’ll need; We are looking for individuals with experience in a Customer Service Helpdesk or Contact Centre environment, who can demonstrate strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to excellent customer service. You should be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and be confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and helpdesk technology such as telephony, omnichannel, and it is highly desirable you have experience using CAFM systems. You must be able to pass BPSS Clearance to be eligible for this role.
