* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
* A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

This is a 24/7 service, meaning shifts will include days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Applicants must be willing to work a rotational shift pattern that includes unsociable hours.
If you're ready to take on a rewarding role where you can help protect communities and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
