Project Administrator
Location: Melton
Salary: up to £29,000 (DOE)
Hours: 9am 5.30pm (1hour lunch)
Hybrid minimum 2 days in the office

Our team in Melton are looking for a Project Administrator to come on board and join their friendly team. You will assist the Project Coordinators and manager with ongoing and up-and-coming projects. You will be placing orders for new and existing customers, checking on the order progress and triaging any faults.
Key Tasks:
Responsible for supporting Project Coordinators with large projects/ICBs. This includes assisting with carrying out tasks related to the projects, documenting actions from meetings, and providing holiday cover to the coordinators where needed.
Allocating new customers to the correct Project Coordinator when the new contract comes through. Assisting with individual surgery projects and helping maintain communication.
Manage number porting checks and ensure necessary actions are completed before handing over to the Project Coordinator.
Assist in ensuring that engineers booked for upcoming jobs have all the information readily available to them. Notifying them of any special requirements/actions they should be taking when on site.
Creating site documentation, ensuring they are updated and continually reviewed. This includes project plans, project schedules, and resource requirements.
Book and follow up on broadband line orders. Triaging any faults as they arise and keeping the Project Coordinators up to date with the progress.
Act as the first point of customer calls and assist accordingly.
Ensure Survey/Installation/Go-live feedback documents are completed and trackers updated.
Respond to emails in a timely manner or allocate them to the relevant team member to ensure that action is taken.
