Mission:
Responsible to define and update the supply and stock management parameters. Ensure needs/resources balance (MRP, etc.) for raw material, components, sub-assembly, and finished products by managing the customers' needs (customer order + CCMP's) and the replenishment backlog. Ensure product availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.
Main activities:
1. Accountable to manage Internal or External suppliers ensuring plants will have the right material at the right time with the right quality.
2. Build and improve supplier relationships.
3. Update SAP Planning parameters as per business need and ensure alignment with suppliers (once a quarter).
4. Manage supply risk by setting strategic stock & escalate to procurement or supply chain planning.
5. Manage the continuous needs/resources balance (MRP, etc.) for raw material (including order for order), components, sub-assembly, and finished products (required by customers or logistic offer LT).
6. Manage supply priorities & crisis based on project priorities/customer needs coming from the project management/front office/sales/customer care centre.
7. Follow defined KPIs for targeted service level agreements (SLA) with suppliers.
8. Vendor forecasting.
9. Monitor Gross Inventory = GIT, RM, WIP and finished goods and provide solutions to reduce them and avoid scrapping (rebalancing/circular economy).
10. Close coordination with Plant Supply Chain Team/Project Managers/Warehouse & Logistics Team.
11. To be a change catalyst on transformation journey.
Skills and attributes:
1. Communication skills to coordinate between departments.
2. Knowledge with ERP systems.
3. Problem Solver, analytical thinking, proactive communication, results oriented.
4. Proven experience in an industrial environment.
5. Experience in similar Supply Chain/planning areas is advantageous.
6. Bachelor Degree (Math-Science, Electronics field) or equivalent work experience.
