The Deputy Head (Education Development) will have a proven track record of commitment to academic leadership, experience of managing teaching and support staff, and a clear understanding of strategic development.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be a well-qualified graduate with a clear, inclusive, and innovative vision for teaching and learning, professional development, and partnerships.
They should have:

* The ability to coordinate and support colleagues at all levels
* Strong IT skills, including data handling and analysis
