Summary About the position: This position is located at the Galaxy Club, RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom. The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of tasks to support a bar/ beer serving activity. Scheduled shifts may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical, position frequently lifts, pulls and pushes objects weighing up to 40 and over pounds. Responsibilities Carries supplies and equipment, such as liquors, fruits, ice, glasses, linens and silverware from storage areas to the bar. Slices and peels fruit. Fills ice bins and crushes ice. Washes and cleans bar glasses, bar equipment and keeps the work area clean and neat. Replaces empty beer kegs with full kegs with the aid of a dolly; stocks beer coolers. Wipes down the interior and exterior surfaces of coolers. Helps in setting up service bars and portable bars. Carries debris to waste containers. May serve bottle beer, soft drinks and draw beer from kegs. Performs other related duties as assigned.
