About The Electric Bike Shop
We are Britain’s largest and fastest growing independent electric bike retailer. Starting out in Bristol just 7 years ago, we have rapidly expanded to gain overall market share, adding a total of 13 stores to our portfolio in the past 18 months.
Our team of trained experts go above and beyond for each and every customer, offering unbeatable customer service and a wide range of products that keep our customers coming back to us time and time again. It is our philosophy to offer the best advice, whether that results in a sale or not.
We pride ourselves on delivering great advice and service to those who are not necessarily cyclists but want to go cycling. Those who still want the thrill of the downhill run but need some help getting to the top and those that want to keep up with the peloton.
All our stores have a workshop with a fully trained technician that will always help a cyclist in need regardless of whether they have bought a bike from us and we offer a full range of services and repairs.
We work with the industry’s leading electric bike manufacturers, such as Cube, Raleigh, Haibike, Lapierre, Tern, Eovolt, Orbea, Focus, Bird and Trek.
