Robert Half Technology is assisting a global financial services organization in recruiting a Sales Support Specialist for a fully remote (UK-based) contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contract Management: Review, prepare, and manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals. Maintain a repository of all contracts and related documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
2. Salesforce Administration: Manage and update customer and sales data in Salesforce to ensure accurate and current information. Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making. Assist in developing and implementing Salesforce workflows, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
3. Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence. Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents. Coordinate and track sales activities, opportunities, and leads to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
Customer Service:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service.
