Administrator Part Time 25 Hours between 0900 and 1630 Mon to Fri £12.50 Per Hour Permanent role My client is seeking a competent Administrator to support the Safety, Health, Environment, Quality (SHEQ) team with administration tasks, some of the main responsibilities are listed below: Environmental, Safety and Quality Data collection and input Supplier and Customer questionnaire administration Assist with health and safety, environmental, quality, sustainability management systems and its certifications. Assist with organising meetings and collecting minutes Business training matrix maintenance Requirements: The ability to work confidentially, accurately and diligently with a consistently good level of literacy and numeracy Experience working in a busy environment, supporting a high variety of admin tasks requiring a flexible approach Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) knowledge Able to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, comfortable in a factory floor environment Able to create simple, engaging and informative content for notice boards, a good standard of written English and a creative approach to communication People focused, full of energy and comfortable to work at all levels from factory floor to leadership team.
