To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor in the Human Resources Department to join us in our manufacturing plant based in Hethel. Summary: The Senior Employee Relations Advisor plays a critical role in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture, aligned with our values and behaviours, by providing coaching, support and training to our people managers, in managing all manner of employee relations topics. This will be a hands-on role, responsible for the successful conclusion of all Employee Relations casework. What you'll do: Provide expert advice and guidance across a broad spectrum of employee relations topics, including performance enhancement, attendance management, conduct issues and employee concerns/grievances. Keep up to date with legislation and best practice in order to maintain (and develop where needed) employee relations policies and procedures which align with our values. Develop and deliver training to people managers to enhance (and to maintain) skills in managing employee relations issues. Provide regular reporting and analysis on all things employee relations, identifying trends, and making recommendations which prevent future issues and contribute to creating a positive working environment. Support other HR tasks/projects as required. What you'll bring: Essential Experience handling complex employee relations issues. Strong emotional intelligence and relationship building skills. Excellent communicator. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Ability to manage and prioritise a busy and varied workload.
