Conveyancing Secretary Job Opportunity
Talent Finder Jobs is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join our team in Tynemouth, North Shields. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £12 per hour.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual with experience in conveyancing to handle various tasks, including audio typing, document preparation, client updates, diary management, and reception support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately transcribe legal documents using audio typing software
* Prepare and file correspondence related to conveyancing matters
* Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders through timely updates
* Organize schedules and appointments to optimize time usage
* Provide front desk support as needed
Requirements:
* GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
* Proven experience working in a busy office environment
* Legal background in conveyancing
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
