Project Manager - Retail/ POS Location: Hertfordshire - required to be onsite 5 days/ per week (some international travel required) A Project Manager/ Customer Success Manager is required by a forward-thinking, global software company in Hertfordshire where your primary responsibility is to ensure that their retail clients achieve maximum success with their software solutions. Key Responsibilities Summary 1. Project Delivery: - Lead and oversee complex projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes. - Collaborate closely with both internal and customer teams to shape project strategies and solutions. - Develop and implement standardized project approaches across various clients. 2. Stakeholder Management & Communication: - Manage and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels. - Influence and guide customer teams, including senior leadership, to align with project goals. - Navigate and maintain positive relationships in challenging situations, especially across different cultures and languages. 3. Financial & Contract Management: - Act as the primary liaison for customer financial matters and contractual obligations. - Ensure project deliverables meet contractual requirements and manage project budgets effectively. - Oversee all financial aspects of the projects, including invoice approvals and financial reporting.
