QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or necessary experience is required. (Must be clinically licensed in Delaware and/or PA depending on office or location). Certification in Hospice / Palliative Care preferred. Proven ability to motivate staff to achieve goals; and ability to problem solve. Minimum of 3 years of nursing practice; or other healthcare clinical role with demonstrated clinical skills and at least one year in hospice or home care. At least two years management experience preferred. RESPONSIBILITIIES: Responsible for oversight and management of all clinical / operational services within their perspective office or locations during their shift. Supervise Interdisciplinary team staff and directly supervise social workers and chaplains. This is an exempt position.
