What we are looking for We are looking for a team player with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar position in a hotel kitchen. You will consistently ensure the kitchen develops, provides and maintains a standard of cuisine of the highest order. Responsibilities include: To be fully conversant with the companies aims and objectives and to play a proactive role in their achievements. To prepare, cook and present high quality dishes within the specialty section. To assist the Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes. To actively help in the management of all staff in the kitchen environment including the training of new employees. To monitor portion and waste control. You will have the ability to work well with all team members in the Resort, follow leadership instructions and work to a high standard in a busy environment.
