Job Description: Part-Time Operations Team Lead
Position: Operations Team Lead
Hours: 25 hours per week, flexible hours available Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm
Location: Sunderland - Office Based
Reports to: Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Team Lead to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our company. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day tasks and supporting our Operations Manager. The role, based within our office in South Hylton, Sunderland, will see you helping the day to day operations of our business and assisting with the growth and expansion of the company. This role can move to full time should the successful candidate wish for this in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate fitting appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
* Manage stock ordering, control, and allocation to maintain accurate inventory levels.
* Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, striving for exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to provide detailed and accurate reports on operational activities and performance metrics.
* Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an operations or team lead role is preferred, but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems is an advantage.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
