Job purpose: To provide HR assistance and support to the contract team through supporting the work of the HR Business Partner and HR Officer for the contract in day-to-day operations by providing a confidential and efficient HR and personnel administrative service within the customer contract. What you'll do: Provide HR admin support to the HR and contract-based teams in day-to-day operations To input various HR data into the HR database, IHCM/ADP To electronically file HR date in the appropriate location To draft correspondence to employees as requested by the HRBP/HRO To support in note taking during formal meetings e.g. disciplinary/grievance/union meetings To assist the HRBP and HRO with HR tasks as required To maintain an effective relationship with the central EMCOR UK People & Culture Functions Person Specification Who you'll be: Relevant HR experience, or experience in a similar role. Within a Facilities Management environment preferred but not essential A good knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law or demonstrates a willingness to learn CIPD qualified - Level 3 or working towards or demonstrates willingness to undertake it Practical experience and knowledge of good communication and admin skills Ability to work under pressure At EMCOR UK, we embrace and celebrate diversity in all its forms.
