Account Executive - Full Time - Office Based Salary up to £30,000 plus Annual bonuses + other company Perks - Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
The Key Account Executive role involves building and maintaining relationships with key business executives, addressing client queries, managing stock levels, and following established business processes. Successful candidates will possess strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to handle a range of tasks from composing professional emails to effectively communicating with employees, managers, and customers.
In addition, the Account Executive will play a key role in resolving issues that arise throughout the process and ensuring that all teams involved meet and maintain Service Level Agreements, ensuring smooth and timely execution of tasks and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and navigate multiple databases and systems, and client-specific systems.
* Oversee, track, and transfer quarantined or processed stock to the appropriate departments
* Execute month-end invoicing procedures and coordinate with the Accounts Department.
* Regularly update and maintain high-quality data in activity reports (Excel) and generate various weekly and monthly reports.
* Respond to customer support inquiries via phone and communicate with customers effectively.
* Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory.
* Collaborate with the client’s team to provide them with up-to-date information and support.
* Maintain and prepare status reports and revise process handbooks as needed.
* Ensure the upkeep of essential equipment across departments, including scanners, printers, telephones, and other required consumables.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Customer Care role is essential.
