Requirements:
5. Assess individuals’ and families’ needs, including identifying risks, determining intervention methods, and advising on suitable services and resources.
6. Collaborate and negotiate with professionals, statutory bodies, and voluntary agencies to ensure optimal services for clients.
7. Manage and prioritize an allocated caseload, adhering to county policies and statutory requirements.
8. Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken and follow necessary administrative procedures.
9. Participate in supervision, staff meetings, training, and contribute to service development by sharing knowledge and supervising students where appropriate.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
10. Social Work England registration
11. Eligible to work in the UK
12. Hold a full UK licence
13. Post-qualified experience
14. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
