The Role

You'll be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring all orders meet customer requirements while maintaining productivity, efficiency, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

7. Overseeing staff rotas, training, and performance management
8. Ensuring efficient stock control, loading, and unloading
9. Maintaining health & safety and food hygiene standards
10. Working with other departments to streamline processes
11. Managing equipment maintenance and compliance checks

About You

12. Experience in warehouse or logistics management
13. Must have experience with perishable goods
14. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
15. Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulations
16. Ability to train, motivate, and develop a team
17. Experience with stock management systems (e.g., Prophet) is a plus
