The Role:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will:
1. Develop and Maintain Relationships: Manage an existing portfolio of clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

3. Regional Focus: Cover the Southeast territory, ensuring clients receive hands-on support and expertise.
4. Collaborate: Attend head office meetings (3-6 times a year) and occasional travel to Ireland to stay aligned with company goals and build relationships with the wider team.
5. Innovate and Problem-Solve: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive mutual success.
About You:

1. Located in the Southeast: Ideally based in Reading or nearby.
2. Sales Savvy: Proven experience in a technical sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

5. Organised and Self-Motivated: Capable of managing your own schedule and territory efficiently.
6. Willing to Travel: Comfortable with regular travel within the Southeast, occasional visits to Ireland.
