After you complete this four and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities, we offer further in-house courses dependent upon your role and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at level 3, 5 and 7.
We are looking for people who have experience working in the speciality, are enthusiastic and highly motivated and who can demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate staff. You will be a team player and display good communication and organisational skills and have the ability to develop your clinical management experience. You will have a positive can do attitude and always strive for the best for your patients and nursing colleagues.
