What are they looking for?
They are looking for a Fibre Delivery Coordinator to join their Customer Delivery Team, taking responsibility for managing customer orders and ensuring the smooth execution of financial operations. Your role will be integral in customer orders, handling contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely updates across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* End-to-end ownership of customer orders
* Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of Fibre Builds / implementations
* Amending existing contracts to reflect upgrades, site moves, contract changes, and cancellations..
* Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, providing regular and accurate management information.
* Driving customer satisfaction by managing expectations and keeping them informed about their orders, updates, and potential setbacks.
What will you bring to the table?
The company is seeking an individual with:
* Proven experience in a Delivery Coordinator/Order Analyst or similar role, working with Fibre (FFPT, FTTC, Dark Fibre etc)
* MSP, ISP, service provider experience highly desirable
* Experience in managing third-party suppliers and ensuring accountability within the supply chain.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high standards of customer care.
