Position: Systems, Reporting & Information Manager Location: Armagh Type: Temporary (3-6 months initially) Hours: 37.5 hours/week Salary: £35,392 per annum Perks: On-site parking, holidays About the Role: This key role within the HR department focuses on leading the development, management, and optimisation of electronic systems. You'll be instrumental in identifying technical solutions to streamline processes and support performance improvements, while ensuring robust data quality and control. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and maintenance of HR systems and electronic processes. Analyse and produce comprehensive management information to support service improvement. Collaborate with managers to interpret data and identify actionable pathways to meet KPIs. Maintain high standards of data integrity and quality control across all HR systems. Supervise staff and oversee performance related to information management and reporting. Essential Criteria: Qualifications & Experience (meet one of the following): Degree/professional qualification 2 years in HR/Recruitment (1 year in a supervisory role) HNC or equivalent 3 years in HR/Recruitment (1 year supervisory) 5 years in HR/Recruitment (1 year supervisory) Proficiency with IT systems including advanced MS Excel for management information. At least 1 year of experience in analysing and presenting complex data. Staff management or supervision experience. Experience using management information to influence service delivery. Desirable: Professional qualification in HR, Business Management, or Information Systems. Experience delivering recruitment and selection services in a target-driven environment.
