Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Location: Rye, East Sussex, office based (Your own transport is required due to the location of this business)
Salary: £30k - £35k DOE + Bonus based on individual and company performance (Up to £10k+, paid quarterly)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Benefits: 20 days + bank holidays, Company pension scheme and healthcare scheme.
Your main duties as a Sales Account Manager would be:
1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with approximately 200 accounts through effective communication
2. Understanding and promoting the company products and services
3. Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve growth (The products are in high demand)
4. Up selling and cross selling
5. Keeping up to date of industry trends and competitors
6. Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services for continuous improvement
You'll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have the following:
1. Proven experience as a successful Sales Account Manager
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. The ability to analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
4. Self motivated and results driven
