We are looking to recruit a dynamic and influential Workforce Strategy Development Manager to join our brilliant team. You will be responsible for leading on the implementation of the Council s People Strategy, ensuring its objectives are met to enable our workforce to achieve its full potential. You will also take a lead role in ensuring the behavioural change aspects of our transformation change programme are realised. We re looking for experienced candidates with a strong grasp of HR and OD practices with an ability to coach, mentor, motivate and inspire the team. You will need to have experience of designing, delivering and evaluating training and development programmes and facilitating large scale team development and staff briefing events.
