Daily hours - Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 6.00 pm i.e. up to 45 hours per week with 1-hour lunch (unpaid).

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Service Consultant at our Greenhous Shrewsbury site.
Working as part of the service team to ensure all customer enquiries are handled promptly and in a friendly professional manner. Keep customers fully informed of all work carried out along with obtaining their authorisation for any additional work required.
You will document all warranty work in accordance with the manufacturers and dealership’s service level agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure the highest-level standard of courtesy and efficiency in all customer contact and communication – interpret the customers requirement to clear working instructions.
* Review and forward CitNow videos to the customer – follow up any additional work identified.
* Ensure eVHC are completed and presented to the customer to secure future work/revenue.
* Control Courtesy Cars in line with the company’s insurance brokers terms, ensuring due-diligence when doing driving licence checks and recording vehicle movement.
* Cost and Invoice complete work, including 1 Link / Fleet Bookings.
* To adhere to the manufacturer Mystery Shop Programme.
* To achieve the top level of the Manufacturers Customer Satisfaction Programme.
* Follow up prospecting activities to increase volume of work in the workshop and increase the sale of upsell products, service plans, extended warranty, accessories parts and any other related products and services.
* Ensure all data processed is GDPR compliant.
* Adhering to all relevant Health & Safety regulations.

* Customer Focused – Deliver exceptional Customer Experience, effectively managing communication with customers by their preferred method i.e. telephone or email and provide all relevant information.
* Professionalism and smart in appearance, confident and friendly with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers daily.
* Ability to demonstrate flexibility, enthusiasm and empathy with a willingness to adapt to changes.
* Competent IT skills, with the ability to navigate and switch between different applications.
* Ability to work under volume and prioritise work using your own initiative both independently and as an effective team member.
