1 To work as one of the One Devon EPR Programme team with the provision to make changes based on information outcomes from the programme and ascertain benefits. 2To carry out governance assurance on the programme and report findings. 3 To ensure the programme is kept up to date in the light of developing national guidance/documentation and standard definitions. 4 Develop, maintain and update documentation of changes for the One Devon EPR Programme around benefits. 5 To ensure the benefits of the programme are documented, gathered and measured. 6 To support in the facilitation of workshops in order to identify current and future state processes in relation to use of clinical systems for work flow processes and identify benefits. 7 Suggest changes needed to Trust policies and procedures which impact on use of IT. 8 Maintaining effective communications between programme team, clinical and operational teams, reporting back regularly on needs and related issues. 9 To explore the use of new technology and techniques in order to improve clinical systems and maximise programme effectiveness. 1Responsible for organising own workload daily, ensuring all priority activities resolved or escalated. 1Prioritise workloads to ensure critical programme activities are carried out which may require an adjustment to prioritises.. Provide temporary cover to maintain business continuity during periods of absence when a Workstream Lead is unavailable, with support from the duty line manager.
