We are looking for a Data Administrator to join our team in Bradford (BD4). This hybrid role, with expectations to work in the office at least two days a week. Reporting to the Inventory and Release Team Manager, you will audit, create, and maintain network and premise inventory data to accurately reflect changes to the physical network and serviceable premises. You will ensure compliance with our high internal and regulatory standards. As the Data Administrator, you will process large volumes of complex data to support Virgin Media’s Network Expansion Programme and other high-profile projects. What will you be doing? Audit, create, and release inventory-related data in relevant systems. Ensure the quality and standard of output are maintained, managed, and assessed. Understand and resolve exceptions from robotic processes to ensure timely delivery of key processes. Identify and report risks and quality concerns to the Operational Team Manager. Contribute innovative ideas for process transformation. Provide domain expertise within the team and to other collaborator groups. Engage with external parties to validate address data where appropriate. Identify and investigate discrepancies or inaccuracies, resolve root causes, report issues, and implement agreed actions. Support the transfer and transformation of existing processes from the "as is" state to the new "to be" state due to digital transformation and automation opportunities. We tend to look for people with: Essential : Previous experience in a role managing high-volume processes. Strong communication skills. Ability to maintain high accuracy standards while managing personal workloads. Clear understanding of SLAs and KPIs. Proficiency in handling complex data using various IT systems. Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure. Solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
