Job Title: Health and Safety Operations Manager
Location: Midlands (Combination of multiple sites, WFH, client visits – Ideal for candidates based in Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham or Leicester)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Performance Bonus

D7 Recruitment is proud to partner with a prominent Health and Safety Consultancy, looking for a Senior HSE Manager to champion safety, operational excellence, and compliance across a portfolio of high-profile construction projects throughout the UK and Europe. Based ideally in the Midlands or Yorkshire, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the success and safety of cutting-edge projects, from new builds to complex, live environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Oversee projects end-to-end, ensuring they meet strict safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction standards.
* Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients at every level, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
* Operational Standards: Drive operational excellence, guaranteeing all projects align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
* Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire your team, enhancing their performance and fostering growth.
* Safety Compliance: Uphold and promote rigorous safety standards across all projects, creating a culture of accountability and best practices.
* Business Growth Support: Identify new client opportunities and contribute to strategic business development initiatives.
