Job Description The key responsibilities of the role are as follows. Deliver professional and high-quality metrology and quality assurance training courses which meet customer requirements: Act as a trainer on both face-to-face and online courses. Manage delivery of courses to time, budget and quality. Update training materials as required to ensure materials remain current and meet customer needs. Lead the marketing and promotion of the commercial analytical quality course programme: Maintain webpages with timely content. Liaise with LGC-wide contacts to promote training courses. Organise and deliver email campaigns and other promotional activities to promote training courses. Develop new training resources relating to metrology and quality assurance to support the delivery of Knowledge Transfer activities under government-funded programmes such as the Chemical and Biological Metrology programme Manage the development of resources to time, budget and quality.
