We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our team as an Accessories Master Planner!
As part of an high energy & supportive team, you will be working in a very fast paced Logistics department ensuing the sufficient supply & flow of materials & Finished Goods through the business.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Working as part of the Planning & Procurement team, reporting to the Planning Team Leader.
2. The primary function of this role is to ensure product arrives on time in full to meet customer requirements & departmental KPI’s.
3. Liaising daily with suppliers to overcome global supply chain bottlenecks.
4. Analysing supply chain trends, sending forecasts & material schedules to suppliers, making data driven decisions where required.
5. Expediting deliveries & managing supply chain disruptions where necessary.
6. Driving continuous improvement activities within the area to eliminate waste & streamlining of processes.
7. Managing Foreign Trade topics as and when they arise.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate must have:
8. Experience of working within a Logistics environment is desirable but not essential.
9. Computer literate with a good knowledge of the Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP & Power Bi would be advantageous but not essential.
10. Good attention to detail, decision making and problem-solving skills.
11. Ability to communicate confidently with personnel from all levels of the business.
12. Able to use own initiative with the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team.
13. Experience of working within a fast-moving environment coping with varying workloads, pressures, and deadlines.
14. Flexibility of approach towards working hours.

Working Hours : 37 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 –
16:30 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
