As a Total Rewards Professional at Cobb & Jones, you will play a key role in shaping the company's rewards strategy and delivering benefits that align with business objectives. Reporting directly to the Head of Reward, you will be responsible for profiling, managing and reporting benefits across the Group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management. The salary for this position is estimated at around £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
