Woodrow Mercer Healthcare Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head of Employee Relations to support a trust based in the Midlands, on an initial 3 month contract.
The role will be working predominantly remote, with the expectancy to travel on site for meetings. This post can either be paid on a FTC(Band 8A £56,454), or on a daily rate basis (Inside IR35).
Job Overview:
1. The Head of Employee Relations is responsible for providing operational leadership to a high quality.
2. Organisational oversight of all employee relations matters
3. Responsibility for the development of people policies ensuring legal, CQC and NHSLA compliance and the management of the Agenda for Change (A4C) Job Evaluation process.
4. Ensuring overall compliance with national and local A4C Terms and Conditions.
5. Organisational expert on employment law and terms and conditions of employment matters.
6. Being the lead to ensure the trust is not only compliant but that people management best practice is evidenced across the organisation.
