The primary responsibility of the Principal Product Manager - Technical role is to own and drive multiple areas of the product. As a Principal Product Manager, you achieve this by defining the product strategy, roadmap and adoption for a core set of capabilities. You also work with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for customer experience, adoption, and operational excellence. This role interacts with and influences senior leadership within Stores and emerging businesses. To be successful in this role, you should have meaningful product management experience leading products or business units and a technical background. Lastly, you should be driven by data, be able to communicate crisply in writing and verbally to customers, across organizations, and up to senior leadership.

We’re looking for a PMT that’s passionate about solving customer problems and has demonstrated success in turning ambiguous customer needs into successful products. Candidates will be comfortable working closely with and across agile teams. This is a high visibility, high impact role that will interact with all levels of AFT leadership. The right person is naturally customer centric and thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires strong technical and business judgment and solid communication skills. This role is for someone with a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically.

What you’ll do?
1. Own the lifecycle of a product/feature
2. Voice of the product’s customer and are accountable for the customer’s experience.
3. Own the product roadmap, vision, and tenets
4. Manage the business of the product (e.g., branding/placement, economic modeling, pricing, forecast analysis, promotions, marketing, driving segment adoption, PR, training sales, etc.), and reporting (e.g., KPIs, adoption, other measures of success)
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
* Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
* Experience in technical product management
* Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
* Experience with end to end product delivery
* Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
* Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
