The Role
As a Workflow Coordinator you will:
* Manage and optimise workflow processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Handle all aspects of document production, including correspondence, reports, and data rooms.
* Ensure adherence to house style and firm-specific procedures.
* Identify bottlenecks and suggest effective solutions.
* Maintain clear communication with fee earners for complex tasks.
* Ensure deadlines are realistic and renegotiate proactively if necessary.
* Keep the workflow system and DPC inbox consistently up to date.
The Candidate
For the Workflow Coordinator role, you should have:
* Exceptional technical skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Ability to multitask and manage many projects under tight deadlines.
* Discretion in handling confidential information.
* Excellent client service and communication skills.
* Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
