Do you love travelling and want to have an abroad working experience in the warm Mediterranean area? For several projects in the hospitality, Tech and Social Media industry, we are looking for German speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions regarding flights, applications or products, as well as other service related questions.
Your responsibility will include:
* Provide Excellent Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service to German speaking clients.
* Handle Inbound Communications: Manage incoming calls, emails, and other channels professionally, ensuring accurate recording of customer information and understanding their needs.
* Offer Product Knowledge and Guidance: Providing accurate information and recommendations to customers based on comprehensive knowledge of different products and services.
* Proactively identify and resolve complaints and concerns, utilising problem-solving skills and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
* Fluent in German (at least C1-C2 level) and English (B2).
* Know how to use MS Office.
* Can multi-task, being able to handle calls while navigating through systems.
* Good problem-solving ability, being able to approach problems logically.
* Customer service experience preferred.
* Technical knowledge of electronics would be a distinct advantage.
* Knowledge of building repairs and customer complaints would be desirable.
