About the Role: In this role, you'll be at the heart of managing the lightning protection and electrical earthing services division. Your role will oversee contract execution from start to finish, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, safely, and on budget. From managing the direct workforce to liaising with clients, you'll be a key player within this department. As Contracts Manager, your expertise will guide projects to completion, while ensuring all safety and compliance standards are met. Working Hours: This is a full-time role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Key Duties: Manage and oversee contracts from initiation through to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Supervise a directly employed, NVQ-qualified workforce across nationwide projects. Coordinate plant and stock management, ensuring efficient use of resources. Handle variations and contract amendments, estimating costs and making recommendations for changes where necessary. Conduct site visits and safety audits, maintaining a strong focus on health and safety throughout each project. Lead site and technical meetings, providing expert guidance and support to teams and clients. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, ideally in a lightning protection and electrical earthing environment. Knowledge of project management and estimating, with a focus on contracts in Lightning Protection and Electrical Earthing Services. Experience managing directly employed workforces.
