We're seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support the business development and sales teams. You will manage and coordinate the submission of ITTs, RFQs, and related documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Key responsibilities include tracking proposals, assisting with bid preparation, maintaining sales records, and supporting marketing activities.
Applicants are desired to hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience in a similar role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and database management (e.g., InspHire).
