Our client's customers served by partners include start-ups, hospitals, municipalities, universities and schools, and enterprises with mission-critical communication and specific telecom requirements. Our client offers each customer Private, Public, or Hybrid Cloud solutions to meet their needs in function, security, and application. Their partners include technology resellers, service providers, and solution providers. Their systems enable the selling of services with or without co-branding in private label, white label, or wholesale formats.
The client has a development and engineering team to build unique tools that enable partners to deploy, manage, and monitor their customers’ services in real time. Their unique platform reduces required site visits or truck rolls, speeds-up trouble resolution, and identifies wide-area network issues before they become a problem.

SUMMARY
We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager who can onboard new Channels. You will be someone with an understanding of the Zoom and Teams channels and ecosystem/marketplace (Teams application providers - call recording etc). Someone capable of hunting for new channels and turning them into revenue streams - not a relationship manager of existing channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Promote the client’s products and services through the marketplace.
2. Handle daily queries from the field relating to products and services.
3. Proactively provide creative ideas and solutions for products and services.
4. Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
5. Build strong customer/partner relationships.
6. Listen to the needs of the field being receptive to innovative solutions, improved business methods, and continually work to qualify opportunities.
7. The one primary point of contact for information on products, target market and competition. Be the product-specific training resource for customers and field.
8. Attain Monthly Sales Quota and increased MRR.
9. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and provide analysis.
10. Ownership of the Sales Cycle.
11. Funnel Management.
12. Participate and execute sales and marketing programs for key customer products and services.
13. Conduct sales meetings at partner agent offices.
14. Networking and Prospecting.
15. Continued Education in the Cloud Solution Selling.
16. Provide support and high-level customer service to key customer personnel as directed.
17. Other duties as assigned.
