We are pleased to be representing our client within the Transport industry in their search for an Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This forward thinking business prides themselves on valuing their employees, giving excellent customer service and providing a family environment.
Key Duties:
1. Upload customer communications to job history.
2. Setting up new employees, ensuring all relevant paperwork is received and saved.
3. Processing Supplier weekly and monthly payment runs.
4. Maintaining vehicle maintenance records.
5. Handle incoming calls in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
6. Communication with ops for the daily count.
7. Register containers in the system.
8. Work on Destin8 system.
9. Manage the Operations inbox in a timely and efficient manner.
10. Respond to customer requests, communicate with ops and have knowledge if vehicle tracking.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must:
11. Have 2 years plus experience in Admin/Accounts roles.
12. Good attention to detail.
13. Experience/understanding of transport industry preferred but is not essential.
14. Be a team player, ready to get stuck in and support.
