Your new role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join the school on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will work from Wednesday to Friday, delivering high-quality education and support to our students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to each child's education.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
* Implement and adhere to school policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with children with special educational needs.
* Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
