Duties & Responsibilities: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing business with key healthcare professionals, including NHS, private practices, community hospitals etc. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Understanding market trends, dynamics, and competitors influences. Managing diary from full autonomy, arranging and attending client meetings. Managing meetings, outbound activity and CRM. Managing existing clients accounts on a daily basis. Experience & Skills needed: Proven sales and account management experience, ideally within a medical device manufacturer. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Compassionate, understanding of sensitive subjects and a natural relationship builder. Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills. Experience in continence healthcare or pharmaceutical market would be beneficial. In return: Basic circa £45k Bonus, OUT £69,900 Company car, laptop, mobile.
