Role Overview
As an Integration Specialist for Infor LN and peripheral systems, you will define and implement data integration architectures to meet IT and business objectives across enterprise-level systems.

Key Responsibilities
1. Participate in and/or lead the planning of integration projects.
2. Design and develop integration solutions using Infor LN development technologies (BDEs, BODs). Develop Infor LN programs that invoke third-party APIs (SOAP/REST).
3. Research and recommend integration products and services.
4. Communicate effectively and collaborate with IT application development teams, functional leads, and system administrators to achieve future state technology solutions.
5. Stay updated on new technical features and implement them within the application portfolio.
6. Document configuration, operation, and monitoring procedures for integration solutions.
7. Assist in establishing and maintaining technology standards and future state definitions.
8. Build relationships with application software vendors to learn about and provide feedback on their integration capabilities.
9. Implement audit, logging, and monitoring solutions for integration systems.
10. Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through integration or minimize their impact.
11. Assess workflows to address data inconsistencies.
12. Provide guidance to other Applications Department members as needed.
Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
2. Experience with Infor ERP and enterprise application integrations.
3. Expertise in ERP development (Tables, Sessions, UI/DAL/Library Scripts, Extensions, BDEs, BODs).
4. Proficiency with Infor ION Desk, ION API, and C4WS.
5. Experience with API protocols SOAP/REST and data formats XML, JSON.
6. Experience linking cross-functional applications.
7. Skills in business and technical requirements analysis, process modeling, and data mapping.
8. Knowledge of securing integrations via authentication, authorization, and encryption.
