Responsibilities
* Gathering Requirements: Kick off projects by meeting with clients and internal/external stakeholders to clarify objectives, understand data needs, and define success metrics.
* Collaborating with Media Teams: Partner with media specialists to ensure data solutions fit campaign timelines and reporting requirements.
* Automating Reports & Processes: Lead initiatives to reduce manual effort, building automated data workflows and dashboards that make it easier to track performance and derive insights.
* Ensuring Best Practices: Review code, methodologies, and deliverables from your data team, maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
* Iterating & Improving: Continuously evaluate existing pipelines and models for optimization opportunities, introducing new tools or techniques to enhance outcomes.
* Mentoring & Upskilling: Provide guidance to junior team members, sharing best practices and helping them develop both technical and soft skills.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Advanced Data Science & AI Expertise: transforming complex data into actionable insights via statistical modelling, predictive analytics, or deep learning.
Generative AI & Emerging Technologies: keeping up with the latest advancements in AI, large language models, and machine learning frameworks. You have hands-on experience building with generative AI—whether it’s automating insights, enhancing predictive models, or creating AI-driven applications.
Technical Mastery: fluent in one or more programming languages—Python, SQL, or R—and know how to build, optimize, and scale data pipelines, models, and AI-driven solutions. You’re comfortable with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying models into production environments.
Product & Solution Development: excited to get hands-on, developing AI-powered tools, recommendation systems, or automation pipelines that drive real-world impact. You’re comfortable experimenting, iterating, and deploying working prototypes.
Leadership & Team Growth: leading data professionals, providing technical mentorship and strategic direction, guiding others in best practices while ensuring high-quality execution.
Curious & Hands-On: eager to explore new technologies and frameworks, you dive into the code, test ideas, and build things yourself.
Collaboration: You work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to integrate AI and data science into business strategy, helping teams leverage AI effectively.
Bonus Points If You:
* Have experience with AI-driven applications, such as natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
* Have built and deployed machine learning models in production.
* Have experience with causal analysis, A/B testing, or other experimental design methodologies.
* Have a strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
* Have worked on AI-powered analytics tools, automation systems, or personalization engines.
* Understand marketing analytics and media KPIs.
