Summary
We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep the National Trust's Gloucestershire Portfolio (comprising Chedworth Roman Villa, Newark Park and Snowshill Manor & Garden) in tiptop condition and running smoothly and safely for all the people who love our places.
What it's like to work here
Working with the Facilities Manager, you'll be managing repairs, maintenance and compliance across three very varied pay-for-entry properties in Gloucestershire. We get the honour of protecting and maintaining a Scheduled Ancient Monument Roman Villa, a Tudor hunting lodge and the Arts & Crafts home of an incredible collector. The role is fast-paced and endlessly varied, requiring a high level of organisation, can-do attitude, ability to prioritise, multitask and manage your own workload. The Gloucestershire Facilities team is a tiny team, with a big impact, oiling the wheels behind the scenes to keep our buildings and people safe. If you like variety, problem solving, forward-planning and want to work as part of a team who are passionate about our sites, this is the role for you. The Facilities Co-ordinator role will be based at Newark Park, but with regular working days across the two other sites. The working pattern will be 9-5pm Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours working to manage contractors. For more information about the three Gloucestershire properties, click here:
