Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a fantastic business in the Hellaby area as they look to recruit an Assistant Accountant into their team on a fixed term contract basis.
Responsibilities:
1. General ledger financial journals for month-end accounts preparation
2. Monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
3. Monthly & Adhoc reporting
4. Maintenance of master data files, used by AP team and GL team, for preparation of monthly accounts
5. Monthly Tax analysis
6. Payroll processing to monthly deadlines including SAP journal creation
7. Assist in the maintenance of the payroll and T&A system
8. Liaising with staff and management to resolve payroll queries
9. Service Income analysis and query resolution
10. Assisting the production of, and audit of, the annual accounts
11. Foreign Currency, Petty Cash and Bank accounts
12. Overseeing and providing cover for expenses processing
