As a Junior Product Tester your work is crucial to the smooth running of thousands of insurance quotations and transactions.
This is a role that will expose you to the very heart of what keeps CDL working every single day. Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities would include;
1. Designing and implementing test plans / test cases to assure the quality and functionality of various insurance products.
2. Collaboration with developers and Product Managers.
3. Assisting clients with product queries and issues as required.
4. Ensuring that service level agreements are met to satisfy client needs.
5. Carrying out daily processes to successfully distribute insurance product rates to clients.
6. Consider the real-world implications of any discrepancies or issues with insurance products and / or their interaction with CDL’s quoting systems.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
7. Previous experience in an insurance environment (for example a call centre, broker or insurer).
8. Product testing experience desired.
9. Excellent customer service skills and experience of communicating with colleagues, managers and customers.
10. GCSEs with a minimum grade A-C in Maths and English.
11. Ability to prioritise and organise workload.
12. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
13. Excellent problem-solving skills.
