Pensions Support Administrator – 6-Month Contract
We are seeking Pensions Support Administrators to assist a leading Life & Pensions business in resolving issues following a recent systems migration. This role will focus on investigating, locating, and reconnecting funds to the correct customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Investigating discrepancies caused by the migration and identifying missing pension funds
2. Navigating multiple internal systems to track and reconnect funds to customer accounts
3. Working through complex data to ensure accuracy and compliance
4. Handling back-office processing tasks with a keen eye for detail
Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience in pensions administration or financial services admin/back office
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. High attention to detail and ability to work through complex data sets
4. Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
